Christina is an excellent representative of Appliance Works! She was thorough and new clearly what to do to resolve our refrigerator problem. She was great in explaining what she was doing and gave me tips to avoid having the problem reoccur. You are indeed fortunate to have Christina as an employee!!

Our family loves Cristina C. This is the 2nd time she has been to our house (both visits were for different appliances) She has a great attitude and personality. She is very personable and explains the problem in terms we understand without making us feel like an idiot. There is a comfort having a woman come to do the repairs when my husband isn't home. There is nothing worse than having a repair person come to your house and they give you creepy vibes. Cristina is our girl and although I hope to not have to call, if I do, I find peace in knowing you hire people like Cristina.

Our microwave stopped working! We first thought of going to a big box store for a replacement. But we had called Appliance Works when our fridge gave up the ghost. Cristina came after fixed it. She impressed with her knowledge of the appliance, skill in diagnosing, and repairing it. So, before the big box, we called and asked for her again. She had it fixed (blown fuse) in 15 minutes. Highly recommend Appliance Works and Cristina!
